AutoCamp Asheville

1030 Old Marshall Hwy, Asheville, NC

12.46 acre property was purchased in May 2021.

There is very conflicting information regarding what will be available for lodging.

ExploreAsheville.com says AutoCamp Asheville will offer

• 16 luxury custom Airstream campers
• 6 X suites
• a clubhouse that will feature a bar.

At 12.46 acres, AutoCamp Asheville would be the second smallest AutoCamp location, second only to AutoCamp Russian River at 3 acres. However, AutoCamp Russian River hosts 35 camping spots, but the early press on AutoCamp Asheville is that it will host only 26 camping locations between custom Airstream and X Suites.

However, shorttermrentalz.com has a very different take on what will be offered. They say there will be 67 accommodations, comprised of:

51 luxury custom Airstream campers
4 BaseCamps
6 X suites
6 Bambi Airstreams 

Obviously, one of them is very wrong. Twenty-two seems extremely low, but 67 seems very high for only 12.46 acres.
